Mechanics. For each week the Platform computes: wagered → GGR (real-money wagers less winnings; bonus-funded play excluded) → less referral commission, the platform fee, bonus cost and chargebacks = NGR → the alliance's revenue share = NGR × the paid rate for its tier that week. Amounts are computed in whole units with truncation; the ledger of attributed wagers is the record. Payment is made only for weeks that have closed and become payable, only to a payout destination the owner has registered, and only when the lifetime-net balance is positive. The Platform may set off amounts owed against amounts due, withhold an amount under good-faith investigation, and correct a calculation error in a later week with notice and the reason. Disputes about a week's calculation should be raised through the alliance admin panel's support channel within the window stated in the Alliance Agreement.
Alliance Payout Terms
These terms are published by the Platform under the Alliance Agreement (section 5, "Revenue Share") and form part of it. They set out how an alliance's revenue share is calculated and paid. The parameters shown above this text — the accounting period, when a period becomes payable, the fee lines and their current values, the settlement currency — are read live from the Platform's configuration each time the page is opened.
Accounting periods
Revenue share is calculated for each weekly accounting period (Monday 00:00 UTC to Sunday 23:59:59 UTC). A period becomes payable once it has closed and the grace shown above has passed, and once its wagers have settled.
Basis of calculation
- Wagered — the total real-money amount wagered by the alliance's attributed players on the Platform's casino, sportsbook and original games during the period. Wagers funded from bonus balances, and their outcomes, are excluded throughout.
- Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) — wagered less the winnings paid to those players.
- Deductions — the lines shown above: referral commission (charged on the amount wagered), the platform fee (a percentage of GGR), the cost of bonuses granted to the alliance's attributed players, and chargebacks or reversals recorded in the period.
- Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) — GGR less the deductions. NGR can be negative in a period.
- Revenue share — NGR multiplied by the paid revenue-share rate for the alliance's Assigned Tier as at the start of the period, per the Tier Schedule. A change of tier or of the schedule during a period applies from the next period; a closed period is not recalculated because of a later change.
Attribution of a wager to an alliance follows the player's primary alliance membership at the time of the wager. Community subscription income, tips and prediction pools are not part of GGR.
Negative periods, set-off, withholding, correction
- A negative period pays nothing and is carried forward against later periods: the payable balance is the lifetime net of all closed periods less amounts already paid.
- The Platform may set off amounts owed to the alliance owner against amounts the owner owes the Platform.
- The Platform may withhold payment of any amount that is the subject of a good-faith investigation into fraud, abuse, error or breach of the Alliance Agreement, pending its outcome.
- The Platform may correct a calculation error in a later period, giving the owner notice and the reason.
Records
The Platform's ledger of attributed wagers and its per-period calculations are the record of what is payable, absent manifest error. The owner can inspect each period's calculation in the alliance admin panel and may request a ledger export through the support channel there.
Payment
Payment is made only for periods that have become payable, only when the lifetime-net balance is positive, and only to a payout destination the owner has registered in the alliance admin panel. The settlement currency and the networks accepted are shown above. The owner is responsible for the accuracy of the registered destination; amounts sent to a destination the owner supplied are treated as paid. Network fees, if any, are as stated at the time of payment.
Disputes about a calculation
A dispute about a period's calculation should be raised through the alliance admin panel's support channel, within the period stated in the Alliance Agreement, quoting the accounting period concerned. The Platform investigates against the ledger.
Taxes
Amounts paid are exclusive of any taxes. The owner is responsible for all taxes and reporting on amounts received.
Changes to these terms
Fee lines and other parameters shown above may change. A change is made under the amendment procedure in the Alliance Agreement and applies only to accounting periods beginning on or after its effective date; a change that only benefits alliances may take effect immediately.
